Job Description
Coordinate with GM, understand company strategy and set sales plan to the goals. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses of the sales team. Implement sales management policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar executive role, within plastic pipe market.
- Profound building material knowledge, excellent sales skills, and perfect understanding on the local plastic pipe market.
- Experience in sales planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of sales process and functions
- Strong market analytical ability
