People In Need is an international non-governmental organization seeking a Human Resources Officer responsible for recruitment and capacity building. The role is responsible for all aspects of work related to recruitment and development of personnel and mission, including internal learning platforms, HR missions, performance evaluation, and archiving of documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, administrative sciences, human resources management, or any other relevant field
- Professional experience of at least 2 years in human resources management, capacity building, administration, in the humanitarian or private sector
- Experience of working with NGOs
- Good practical knowledge in personnel management, recruitment, administrative procedures related to recruitment
- Strong knowledge in capacity building of personnel
- Knowledge of computer software
- Good knowledge of the field, knowledge of PIN's intervention areas
- Language: French and English is very important
- Computer: Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, and other HR software
- Good physical, manual aptitude, handyman, good behavior, person of trust, flexibility, and ease of learning
- Be serious and strict in time respect, Good sense/Good organizational capacities, be attentive to details and manage time efficiently
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
- Knowledge of English is an asset
- Experience of working in consortium with several NGOs/NGOs is an asset
