Pump Line Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Pentair is seeking a Pump Line Operations Supervisor to join their Sanford, NC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience
• Personnel management
• High energy and the ability to motivate and influence
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
