We are looking for an experienced immigration paralegal to join our busy team in London. The role provides exposure to high quality work, responsibility, direct client contact, and training in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- At least 12 months' business immigration experience at a top tier immigration practice
- Knowledge of immigration legislation and experience of dealing with the Home Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Sound organisational skills; flexible, pragmatic and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work both alone and collaboratively with other team members
- Confidence in client facing communications
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Collaborative team member with ability to quickly build relationships with a wide range of people
- Receptive to facilitate and support change to work systems and processes given the rapid pace of change to Home Office rules/policies/procedures
- Comfortable working under pressure with the ability to plan and prioritise work; appreciation of fee earner needs and constraints; commercially aware
