We are seeking a talented Project Manager to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Projects (Program Manager) and will be responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects.
Requirements
- B.Eng or BSC (Eng) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of medium to large scale projects
- Ability to oversee and understand engineering design drawings and documentation
- Excellent project management and supervision skills
- Deep knowledge on Project controls (cost controls, contract management and scheduling)
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
- Ability to manage projects and teams
- People management and engineering experience
- Ability to communicate well at all levels with good presentation skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Interpreting relevant simulation reports (PV*Sol, PV Syst)
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Projects, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
- Has Drivers’ License and own car
