Pelago is a virtual clinic for Substance Use Management that provides guidance, support and treatment for members seeking to overcome their tobacco, alcohol and opioid use. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to elevate our hiring engine and help Pelago compete for top technical talent across NYC, London, and other strategic markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Deep expertise sourcing and assessing engineering, product, and data talent
• Track record of building and nurturing talent networks
• Natural relationship builder who engages candidates with intention
• Systems thinker who balances strong execution with process improvement and optimization
• Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools
