Job Description
Pelago is a leading virtual clinic focused on substance use management, providing personalized support and treatment. They are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their AI Squad, working on new AI-native products and contributing to the development of behavioral health solutions. The role involves building, shipping, and maintaining cross-platform applications, integrating AI models, and ensuring accessible and reliable interfaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years in React Native, 7+ years building production software
- Strong grasp of component architecture, design patterns, and state management
- Comfortable integrating backends (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience building React Native bridges and writing native modules
- Clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Sharp UX sensibility and attention to detail
