We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at our corporate location in Hannover. As a receptionist, you will be part of a professional front office team and will be responsible for providing premium service to guests, business partners, and service providers. The role involves a variety of tasks, including reception and care of guests, administration of meeting rooms and appointments, and representation of our premium service at assigned locations.

Requirements

• Well-developed service orientation, reliability, and a well-groomed appearance
• Ideally experience in the reception area, hotel industry, or in service-oriented industries
• Friendly, approachable communication - personally, telephonically, and in writing
• Organizational strength, discretion, and a high degree of autonomy
• Good German knowledge (English knowledge is a plus)
