Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at Pediatric and Internal Medicine Specialists. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred
