Job Description
The Director, Solutions Design and Implementation will shape how primary care providers succeed in value-based care, directly influencing the health outcomes of Medicare patients across the nation. As a key member of the Product Solutions team, you will own the architecture of how we deliver value – starting from deal shaping through optimized Product delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product, Solutions Design, or Strategy & Operations at a health care technology company or top consulting firm
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Significant client-facing experience, ideally at the Enterprise level
- Experience using data to drive outcomes, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools
