Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Labor and Employment Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be insightful, intuitively analytical, and self-directed, with a proven track record of advising business employers on a wide range of employment issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Proven track record of advising business employers on a wide range of employment issues
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in interactions with judges, court staff, adversary counsel, and others
- Effective legal writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply legal concepts to fact patterns and ideate practical solutions for clients
