Growth Consultant (w/m/d)

We are Peaks & Pies, a team of around 50 employees with offices in Berlin and Hamburg. We optimize websites data-driven, so visitors can navigate more easily and the performance increases for companies. We value a relaxed working atmosphere and flat hierarchies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web analysis, user experience, online marketing, or conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar tools
• Growth mindset
• Analytical thinking and a sense of numbers
• Basic understanding of and passion for internet technology
• Fluent German (min. B2) and English on a negotiable level
