Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the operations of an apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer service. This role requires a team player with a resident-focused attitude and the ability to lead the maintenance team, inspect grounds, and manage budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
• EPA certification Type II Required
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Basic knowledge of local and state codes
• Basic hand tools (not provided)
• Ability to use general maintenance equipment
