Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within our organization, responding to inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in a technical support role or help desk environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
