We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the overall operations of our apartment communities in various areas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional leadership, direction, and support to property managers and teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, direction, and support to property managers and teams.
• Sharp eye for ensuring properties are operating at maximum efficiency and high standards are present.
• Well-versed with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting.
• Proficient and well-versed with Fair Housing guidelines.
• Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow and improving property's long-term value.
• Ability to travel minimum 50% up to 75% of the time.
