Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of experience working on clinical trials (CRO or Sponsor) with at least a year of site monitoring
- Willingness to travel 65%
- Proficiency with MS365 and CTMS/EDC systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with positive attitude
