Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects for private land development clients, including planning, design, and management for industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Michigan P.E. License or ability to obtain
- 5 years of project management experience
- 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Working knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Michigan
- Working knowledge of typical computer software programs used for civil engineering design and management (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.)
