Job Description
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Investment Management team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for executing underwriting, financing, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions, and will work directly with our leadership and experienced industry veterans daily.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of investment real estate experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Argus preferred
- Knowledge or understanding of finance and capital markets
