Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will provide FP&A support, management reporting, productivity improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Key responsibilities include financial planning, data analysis, and process automation. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information technology, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, business planning, or data analytics
• Proven expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and Python and power automate
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and operational performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to drive process automation and manage transformation projects
• Excellent communication skills for engaging cross-functional stakeholders and senior management
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
