Manage customer service hotline calls and emails, support customer accounts with order management and service coordination, and handle customer service requests and complaints.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' account service working experience (for DSE/ Form 5 graduates)
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented, innovative and self-confident
• Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
