Job Description
Paystone is seeking a Team Lead Engineer to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality gift and loyalty solutions. The role focuses on technical leadership, team mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will contribute to technical roadmap and process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on customer-driven growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Deep expertise in PHP, Symfony, MySQL, and Doctrine ORM
- Proficiency in JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS, or similar), and testing frameworks like PHPUnit and Cypress
- Strong understanding of Scrum or Kanban
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
