Senior Manager, FP&A

Payscale is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its Finance team. The role involves building best-in-class financial operations, data accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and actionable analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience
• Multiple years of experience in a relevant environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in a SaaS business model is a strong positive
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent Excel skills
• Exposure to SQL and familiarity with financial or business intelligence systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work very hard and be rewarded for it
