Regulatory Counsel, Licensing

Paysafe is seeking a Regulatory Counsel, Licensing to advise the business on applicable e-money and payment services licensing and regulatory requirements. The role will involve managing local external counsel, supporting strategic decision-making, and engaging with regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 years experience PQE
• Financial services regulation experience gained in a financial institution, regulator or financial services department of a law firm
• Payments/E-Money industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
