Financial Services Collections Analyst

Paysafe is seeking a Financial Services Collections Analyst to manage outstanding accounts receivable and resolve merchant billing issues. This hybrid role will require daily office work and occasional remote work, focusing on collection efforts and customer service. The role reports to a Senior Financial Services Manager and is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Requirements

• Reviewing outstanding reject balances for collection efforts
• Making outbound collection calls
• Resolving merchant-billing and/or merchant DDA issues
• Open and monitor Salesforce tickets
• Collecting merchant payments via check, credit card, or Divert Process
• Manage the undiverting and releasing of merchant funds
• Identify issues and discuss with management
• Log and provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
• Mail/Email correspondence to customers
