Financial Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing Safeguarding Team. In this role, you will support and enhance our existing safeguarding tool while playing a key role in testing and validating a newer, more robust version currently under development.

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience performing user acceptance testing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Self-motived, flexible, and ability to work independently
• Detailed oriented without losing the big picture
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of responsibilities
• An understanding of Accounting Fundamentals
• An understanding of the Safeguarding Regulations
• An understanding of System Development Life Cycle
