Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Experience leading enterprise-scale product delivery using Agile methodologies
- Experience executing enterprise product delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps using KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving dependency management, release management, and coordination across multiple teams
- Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience optimizing enterprise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Experience delivering platform transformation initiatives as part of enterprise software deployments
- Experience performing data analytics, including ETL processes, data visualization, and writing complex SQL queries for business decision support
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience delivering technology solutions in compliance-driven industries such as payments, banking, lending, or financial services
