The Credit & Fraud Risk Specialist plays a critical dual role in supporting our Small Business Lending ecosystem by combining credit underwriting expertise with fraud risk detection and prevention.
Requirements
- Prioritize and analyze internal and external escalations to prevent future escalations
- Provide feedback regarding necessary changes and updates
- Function as Subject Matter Expert
- Report trends, make recommendations, and escalate issues/concerns
- Contribute to business improvements
- Develop robust monthly insights for team members and the leadership team
- Run business and self-identified projects
- Support complex consumer and merchant issues or escalations
