Job Description
Payoneer is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to enable SMBs and professional businesses in the LATAM region to effectively use their global financial solutions. This role involves building relationships with customers, increasing market penetration, and implementing innovative growth strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of business needs and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management, business development, or other relevant experience in Fintech/payments
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering
- Fluent in English + Portuguese
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
- Record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding business targets
