Group Head of Banking

The Group Head of Banking will oversee and evolve the entire banking function, encompassing systems, operations, commercial growth, and collaboration. This role is crucial for scaling payment services, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with fintech trends. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to develop a fintech-driven banking strategy and manage sales and account management across Cyprus and the UK.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in payments, banking operations, or financial services.
• Experience with payment accounts, transaction processing, and internal banking systems.
• Exposure to SEPA/SWIFT/IBAN-related flows.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of compliance, data protection, and operational risk.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Operations, and Finance.
• Commercial acumen.
