Pax Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager in handling day-to-day repairs and upkeep of their property in Tallahassee, FL. Requirements
- Perform repairs and installations for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on equipment, appliances, and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, safe, and operational common areas and grounds.
- Respond to urgent calls, including evenings and weekends.
- Complete and document resident requests in a timely manner.
