Job Description
Pax Properties is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team to accurately process and record financial transactions for nine properties located in Florida and Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Download and enter debit receipts into accounting software
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales reports for accuracy
- Enter invoices into accounting software
- Maintain company vendor information including insurance certificates and W-9 forms
- Mail out checks and file payment records
- Reconcile bank accounts daily/weekly
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Calculate and enter sales and occupancy taxes to be paid
- Assist with month/year end closings
