Diesel Mechanic

Pavement Preservation Group is seeking a Heavy Equipment/Heavy Truck Mechanic to repair, service, and maintain a variety of equipment at job sites. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment while adhering to safety regulations. This position is a key part of their comprehensive asphalt preservation and repair services.

Requirements

• Ability to operate all Asphalt-related equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
• Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents and paperwork
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be capable of lifting, pushing or pulling and move up to 70 pounds
• Must be able to climb, kneeling, twisting and bending in a varied environment
• Must maintain satisfactory driving record
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid clean driver’s license
• CDL Preferred
