Job Description
Pagogo is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee property maintenance operations. This role involves tenant requests, vendor coordination, work order management, and preventative maintenance scheduling. The Coordinator serves as a central hub for all maintenance workflows, ensuring tenant needs are met and properties stay safe, compliant, and well-managed. This is a fully remote position for a U.S. client.
Requirements
- Receive, log, and categorize 10–20 maintenance requests daily.
- Prioritize urgent issues and escalate as needed.
- Schedule and track work orders using software like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
- Confirm vendor availability, insurance, and licensing requirements.
- Schedule recurring services and maintain preventive maintenance logs.
- Prepare weekly reports and monthly summaries for owners.
