Job Description
Pauga is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure renewals. This role involves proactive engagement, problem-solving, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and acting as a client advocate. The CSM will also manage a portfolio of 20–40 active accounts, focusing on achieving measurable value and maintaining profitable partnerships.
