Job Description
Pattern Energy is seeking a Director of Project Engineering to lead a team focused on the design and engineering of renewable energy projects, including wind and solar generation, energy storage systems, and associated infrastructure. This role involves overseeing engineering design processes, managing third-party consultants, and providing technical guidance to various project teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy industry and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to successful project completion.
Requirements
- Lead a diverse engineering team of high voltage electrical engineers and specialists
- Drive continuous improvement of managing engineering design processes
- Evaluate resource requirements considering on-going projects and future project pipeline
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and oversee a team of engineers
- Provide or manage engineering resources to identify and ensure regulatory compliance
