Job Description
Dynamic Energy is seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, capital planning, and fiscal discipline. The CFO will oversee asset M&A, fundraising, and investor readiness, playing a crucial role in maximizing enterprise value. They aim to bring more distributed renewable energy online across the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years as CFO or senior finance executive in a project-based or capital-intensive industry.
- Proven experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or EPC sectors.
