Job Description
Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop employees within a rapidly growing warehouse operation. The role involves conducting coaching, leading personnel on shifts, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. The company operates warehouses globally and offers a unique distribution model.
Requirements
- Conduct coaching and counseling with employees
- Lead assigned personnel on shift
- Verify product quantity and quality
- Complete daily tasks and resolve day-to-day problems
- Train and cross-train new employees
- Perform job requirements as directed
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure the safety of team members
- Work occasional Saturday when needed
