Job Description
Pattern is seeking a VP of Data and Architecture to lead their data strategy, drive insights from complex datasets, and leverage analytics to optimize business performance. This role is pivotal in shaping a data-driven decision-making process and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-growing company serving global ecommerce marketplaces. Pattern's platform accelerates brands, offering a data acceleration solution for advertising, content management, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
- Expert experience with SQL.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience using Python and Snowflake preferred.
- 7+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of at least 10 people.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering and modeling.
- Ability to act as a business consultant and get to the root of what needs to be solved.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and understand the proper priority of tasks.
- Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Experience with data governance and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
