Job Description
PatientFi is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Capital Markets to lead all aspects of our funding strategy and institutional capital relationships. This senior leadership role will own the development, execution, and optimization of PatientFi’s capital markets strategy—supporting our continued growth as a leading fintech platform in elective healthcare.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or treasury roles within fintech, consumer lending, or investment banking
- Proven track record of closing and managing forward flow agreements, warehouse facilities, and securitizations
- Deep understanding of ABS structures, SPVs, and relevant regulatory and accounting frameworks
