Principal/Director of Product

PatientFi is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution. The company is looking for a Principal/Director of Product to drive end-to-end workflows and UX across various healthcare specialties.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in product leadership
• 3-5 years leading PMs and Design teams in fintech/payments/lending, B2B2C checkout, or healthcare technology
• Proven track record scaling products from ~$50M to $200M+ GMV or $10M to $50M+ ARR
• Deep expertise in funnel optimization, experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
• Comfort with SQL, product analytics (Looker, BigQuery, Heap, AI/ML frameworks), and briefing Data Science teams
• Demonstrated design taste and research muscle; experience building or overhauling design systems and driving user research cadences
• Highly cross-functional: Savvy in Finance/Consumer Lending, understands risk trade-offs, and communicates effectively with Sales for enterprise practices
