Job Description
This role is for a Youth Case Manager to support youth in the treatment of abuse or neglect by their caretakers. The role involves working with youth and families, coordinating services within the community, and assessing case progress, all while ensuring permanency for youth clients. This position is vital to assisting in navigating the DCFS system and supporting youth who have been impacted by family neglect.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- CWEL licensure preferred
- Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
- If relocating to Illinois – IL driver’s license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
