Treatment Foster Care Case Manager

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to provide support to children and youth with behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs in a foster care setting. This role involves developing treatment goals, coordinating services, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure a stable placement and positive outcomes. The position focuses on a team environment with ongoing training and clinical supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Family Relations, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, Speech Language Pathology, Behavioral Sciences, Art Therapy, etc.)
• 1 year or more of experience in Foster Care, Adoption services, or with children/youth in Social Services
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proof of car insurance.
