Clarvida is seeking an Outpatient Site Supervisor to manage and direct outpatient therapy staff. The role involves interviewing applicants, assigning caseloads, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing psychotherapy. Supervisors are responsible for training, supervision, and performance quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or related field
• Three years’ experience in the field
• Valid PA Driver’s License
