Job Description
Clarvida is seeking a Child/Youth High Needs Case Manager to support children and youth in the community. This role involves working directly with clients, providing social skills development, behavior management support, and advocating for resources. Case managers will meet with clients, families, and office staff to assess needs and track progress through assessment, treatment plans, and adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with no restrictions, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
- Eligible for fingerprint clearance throughout employment
