Float Site Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and serve with compassion and enthusiasm, floating to different residential group homes and completing admin and direct care duties. The role involves supporting individuals with daily needs, scheduling meals and activities, and ensuring house safety.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Acceptable driving record
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to cover shifts beyond own as necessary
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
