Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty

Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes or in settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals. The OT will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Current California registration by the AOTA
• Minimum of two years experience as an Occupational Therapist
