Job Description
PathAI is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support their digital diagnostics customer base, including their AI-powered product portfolio. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, providing implementation support, managing projects, and offering on-call assistance. A strong analytical and organizational skill is highly valued, along with a drive to learn and problem-solve.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; ideally Spanish proficiency
- Based in Brazil
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
- Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation
- 20% travel to Brazil (mostly within Brazil)
- Strong understanding of the business and products
- Willingness to travel
