Job Description
Path Construction Southwest is seeking a qualified Superintendent to lead construction projects in the San Antonio, TX area. The company is a rapidly growing commercial general contractor specializing in various asset classes. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of building and construction management experience
- OSHA Site Safety experience
- Up-to-date with modern technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong construction technical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel (may be required)
