Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated individuals to fill full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) positions in the West Newton area. This position supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs. The role involves providing services such as meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation assistance to promote independence and quality support.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years experience working with children with ID or mental health
- OR Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university
- Four years experience working with children with ID or mental health
- Passant's certifications (NADSP) are preferred
