Job Description
Parts Town is seeking a Vehicle Safety Specialist to support GFC-Chicago with vehicle safety compliance, implement and maintain vehicle safety programs, and train operators on powered industrial trucks.
Requirements
- Genius-level knowledge of original equipment manufacturer parts (not required but a plus)
- Detailed working knowledge of occupational safety industry regulations and guidelines
- 3-5 years of experience operating PIT equipment safely in a distribution center environment
- Strong document management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to move around for long periods of time, work from height, and lift up to 40lbs
